Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and BEGAMOB GLOBAL LIMITED ("we", "us") for the SubSeek app and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app does

The app is a personal tracker for subscriptions and recurring payments. It stores entries you add or confirm, schedules reminders, optionally suggests entries from receipts in a mailbox you connect, shows spending summaries, and provides general guidance on cancelling services and requesting refunds.

What the app does not do

• It does not connect to your bank and does not move money.
• It does not cancel subscriptions for you. Cancelling is done by you with the service in question.
• It does not guarantee that a reminder arrives in time, or that a service will honour a cancellation or refund. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings; refunds depend on each service's own policy.
• Cancel and refund guidance is general information, not legal or financial advice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep entries accurate. The app reminds you based on the dates and amounts you enter or confirm.
• Check the service's own account page before relying on a date. Services change billing cycles without notice.
• Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorised to access.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Free features and subscriptions

Tracking a limited number of entries and reminders is free. Some features (for example unlimited entries, mail scanning, spending reports and the cancel assistant) require a subscription. The current price and period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Trials. If a free trial is offered, the full price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google and refunds follow their policies. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history. If you are stuck, write to support.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a paid feature from an active subscription period.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and content belong to us or our licensors. Service names and logos shown in the catalogue belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify your entries.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any amount of money saved, that every subscription will be detected by mail scanning, or that reminders will prevent a charge.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including charges from third-party services, arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BEGAMOB GLOBAL LIMITED is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
